Dr. Theobald brings more than 25 years of experience helping patients understand hearing changes and explore personalized hearing solutions. His work includes hearing loss, advanced hearing technology, tinnitus management, and patient education. He is passionate about helping people reconnect with the people, activities, and moments that matter most.

Tony grew up in Utah and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. His career has centered on strategic initiatives that improve patient lifestyle and health. As owner of Boise Hears, he is passionate about trust, compassion, and helping people stay connected to the moments that matter most.

Grace’s interest in hearing care is personal. Growing up with a brother who is hearing impaired gave her firsthand insight into the importance of communication and understanding. Her study of American Sign Language deepened her appreciation for the many ways people connect, and she is passionate about helping patients understand their options.

Jamie brings a background in communication, service, and community to her work at Boise Hears. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and helping people feel at ease throughout their hearing-care journey. Her family life, volunteer work, and love of teamwork shape the warmth she brings to every interaction.

Makayla returned to Idaho after playing collegiate soccer and earning her MBA from Boise State University. With a background in healthcare administration, she cares deeply about creating an exceptional patient experience and seeing how better hearing can affect patients and their families. Outside the office, she enjoys Idaho’s outdoors and time with her dogs.

Dawn helps coordinate the details that make a visit feel clear and comfortable. From questions about scheduling to the practical next steps around care, she is part of the staff making the Boise Hears experience feel personal and organized.
